APPtrainingz is a free APP that helps you in your training. Whether youre running, skeeler, rowing, cycling your bike or training a different sport. Its always nice to have a coach during your workout. APPtrainingz was inspired by podcast training and various run-APP that track your training results and shows them at the end of the training.

However APPtrainingz offers you the flexibility of making your own workouts and add your own voice commands, thats make your custom training complete. The APP suitable for any sport in which you must do a training component for a certain time.

You can make your own workout or you can purchase an APPtrainnigz workout.
We have developed trainings for:
Running:
RUN - 00-03 miles / 00-05 KM in 30 lessons - FREE with APPtrainingz
RUN - 03-06 miles / 05-10 KM in 30 lessons
RUN - 06-9,5 miles / 10-15 KM in 30 lessons
RUN - 09-9,5 miles / 10-21 KM in 45 lessons
RUN - 9,5-13 miles / 15-21 KM in 30 lessons
RUN - 13-22 miles / 21-35 KM in 30 lessons - beginner
RUN - 13-22 miles / 21-35 KM in 30 lessons - 1 experienced
RUN - 13-22 miles / 21-35 KM in 30 lessons - 2 experienced

Skeeler :
Skeeler - beginner in 20 lessons
